Shipping
- We ship within 3 business days of purchase (except for pre-order products).
- Shipment via Fedex, TNT and EMS. We choose delivery service according to destination country’s customs conditions and delivery conditions. For example, to Russia, EMS would be the best choice. If you need insurance or faster shipping please send us a note.
Customs
- We declare low value for customs reasons, trying to help our customers not being charged of customs duties. If you have any specific and special requirements in terms of customs, please let us know when placing the order.
- Because of customs conditions vary from country to country, in case of the package gets held, receiver is responsible for assisting customs clearance, we’ll do our best to help too. By any chance any customs duties is charged, we are not responsible for that.
- If you need pro forma invoice with real value for like company reimbursement reasons, please let us know.
Technical Notice
- Please be aware that miners will generate noise and heat. Place order cautiously if you mind.
- The actual mining speed might not be exactly what the official data says (it might hash slower or faster than that), because the mining process is affacted by multiple factors, network condition, pool condition etc.
- Hardware errors do happen occassionally, as long as the rate stays in a reasonable range, it’s nothing to worry about.

Returning policy
- This is a new and special industry. Products once sold, returns and refunds are not accepted. Price changes quickly with this industry, we do not do refund the if price drops after the order is placed.
- We provide 1 month warranty, but buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Warranty invalid for damages caused by overclocking or unauthorized alteration.
