BERLIN, March 17 (Reuters) – German magazine Der Spiegel has pulled its Istanbul-based reporter from Turkey out of concern that he is no longer welcome in the country, an embarrassment for Chancellor Angela Merkel as she pushes for an EU cooperation deal with Ankara on refugees.
